In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of Talent Acquisition for your partner group, from designing programs to supporting new recruits and planning future projects to align our hires with business needs. Working alongside our hiring managers, you will discover the next generation of people who will take Avanade to new heights.

You will develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future business needs, using a wide range of creative approaches to find the brightest and the best talent in the industry. As our front line to building a successful business, you are the face of our brand in the market, bringing the Avanade story to life in an authentic and personal way for candidates. You’ll make sure our recruiting processes are equitable, efficient and effective, ensuring everything we do complies with EEO guidelines and demonstrates Avanade’s culture of innovation and inclusion.

Internally, you will provide support and guidance on recruitment matters, and deliver our recruitment performance against plan.

What you’ll do:

  • Leads the day-to-day full life cycle recruitment for your assigned partner team

  • Collaborate with peers across Global Talent Acquisition, Human Resources team, and external groups to facilitate efficient and effective recruiting process

  • Develops unique and creative talent acquisition strategies and techniques for all assigned roles, specifically for hard-to-fill, pivotal positions (Microsoft cloud and modern workplace engineers and architects)

  • Partner with your TA lead to build and establish a strategic partnership and alignment with the respective leaders and be the subject matter expert on acquiring top technology talent

  • Access recruitment tools and support functions to help elevate candidate experience

  • Contribute to various initiatives and special projects as needed

Skills and experiences:

  • Expert in strategic recruiting plans, creative sourcing, and candidate experience

  • Fluent in both English and Japanese language (min JLPT N2)

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with colleagues and customers

  • Skilled in improving recruiting processes and programs for "hot" (tech) skills

  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Business Applications and general recruiting principles

  • Experienced in recruiting and partnering with senior leadership
