What you’ll do:

  • Assess the impact of a business change, identifying high impact areas and subsequently building an appropriate change strategies and plans

  • Articulate a compelling case for change, and coach Change Sponsors (and our own team) on messaging, influence and behaviour modelling for their teams.

  • Design and delivery of change initiatives such as training, communication enablement, change network enablement, Org design, operating model alignment, cultural embedding, measurement and continuous improvement

  • Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills.

  • Setting up and developing a Change Network to ‘Champion’ the change with the client, ensuring adoption remains high in the short and long-term.

  • Support the closure of the project and ensure the client is able to transition to business-as-usual.

Skills and experiences

  • Change experience around people, process and technology

  • Application of business change management theories.

  • Have a real passion for technology and how it positively influences development of the workplace and employee roles and experience.

  • Plan and drive partner engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement.

  • Experience leading ground-breaking projects for customers.

  • Microsoft technologies, e.g. Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, VIVA, Copilot, etc…

  • Experience working in multi-functional and complex teams.

  • Relevant professional consulting or advisory experience.

  • Good level of Portuguese, Spanish and English are required.
