We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as an Onboarding Services Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the services provided by our Delivery Center and Hub teams, developing the roadmap and core process standards supported by technology, people and processes and partnering with stakeholders to explore opportunities for enhanced services, innovation, process consistency, automation, and cost effectiveness. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for creating engaging and effective onboarding experiences.

What you will do:

  • Develop and implement global standards and processes to support onboarding globally, taking into account local cultural nuances, compliance with local regulations and delivery at scale

  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including global program leads, in-market HR Partners and our delivery teams to identify onboarding needs and requirements, delivering a short, mid and long-term roadmap designed to prioritize meaningful enhancements in process and technology

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, with a special focus on reducing friction and manual intervention throughout our employee onboarding experience

  • Work collaboratively to help define and deliver against a roadmap of services in your service area.

  • Act as deployment and delivery subject matter expert, manage the development of new services or service enhancements by bringing appropriate partners and stakeholders together to determine the what and how of delivering new services or service enhancements, including content, communications and change management

  • Participate in the creation and delivery of large-scale global projects and initiatives

Skills and Experiences

  • At least several years of experience in HR Operations, with many of those experience in a shared services environment and in a mentorship, supervisory or leadership role

  • Proven track record of partnering with or leading remote or globally disbursed talent

  • Experience redesigning, revamping or originating new processes and experiences and leading implementation of new services or programs

  • Previous experience leading change management, service delivery or program management globally

  • Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
