As a Background Investigations Specialist at Avanade, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to coordinate and provide support to our global at-hire and client-required background investigation programs.

What you will do:
Collaborate with experts across the organization to deliver process improvement and service expansion as it relates to delivering background checks as a service
Act as an intake and escalation point of contact for client-required checks outside of North America and at-hire required checks globally, including supporting the review and set up of client required investigations
Collaborate with in-market HR, TA and legal teams to ensure that background check processes and procedures comply with company policies and legal requirements
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information obtained during background checks
Participate in the creation and delivery of large-scale global projects and initiatives connected to our global background investigations program
Skills and experiences
You like have a few years of experience in HR, auditing, or compliance, previous experience in background investigations or TA is a plus
Ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Previous experience working with Workday and/or ServiceNow is a plus
Comfortable and excited work with a globally distributed team
