We are looking for a motivated HR Business partner to join our HR team.

You will partner with the business on our people agenda. This is a varied role that will cover a range of topics from performance management to employee relation and strategic HR initiatives. We are seeking a candidate with proficiency in German and fluent English along with a genuine enthusiasm for innovation and a people-oriented approach.

What you will do:

• Establish credibility throughout the organization to be an effective listener and problem solver of people issues.

• Support people manager in handling employee related issues.

• Advise and coach our managers on evaluating performance and developing and motivating their team members.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and employment laws and take ownership of specific projects or initiatives.

• Collaborate with CoE and service hub teams on initiatives to support our people agenda.

Skills and experiences:

• 4-8 years of professional experience in a Human Resources Business Partner role

• Demonstrated success in delivering employee programs that impacted/improved the success of an organization/department

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficiency in German and advanced English knowledge

• Strong understanding of German employment law and legislation

• Ability to prioritize tasks and solve problems with judgment and creativity

• Ability to work with staff at all levels within the organization

• Ability to take initiative with little or no supervision

• Maintains a positive outlook

• Works constructively under pressure

• Responds resourcefully when challenges arise
