We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Industry Delivery Lead to oversees projects within the Banking and/or Insurance industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within budget and aligned with the strategic objectives of the organization. This role requires a proven experience in leading project in the Banking and Insurance industry area and a deep understanding of processes and methodologies, strong leadership, excellent communication skills.

The Client Delivery Lead oversees the successful delivery of services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, client relations, and team leadership, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service, a proactive and results-oriented approach.

What you will do:

Client Management:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.

• Understand client needs and requirements and ensure these are effectively communicated to the delivery team.

• Regularly update clients on project progress, manage expectations, and address any issues or concerns promptly.

• Collaborate with the Sales Accounts to develop the business on the Client.

Project Delivery:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage the delivery schedule.

• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, reporting on progress and any necessary adjustments.

Team Leadership:

• Strong management skills, strategic thinking and problem solving skills

• Oversee a team of project managers, coordinators, and other delivery staff.

• Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to team members.

• Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.

Process Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving delivery processes and implement best practices.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies.

• Monitor and manage project risks and issues, escalating them as necessary.

Industry Knowledge:

• Understand the competitive landscape and emerging technologies that impact the sector.

• Anticipate the client needs and identify new business opportunities.

Skills and experiences

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in portfolio management, project management, or a related role, within the Banking and/or Insurance industry.

• Proven experience managing large-scale system integration projects.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
