Data Loss Prevention Team Lead

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small Data Loss Prevention Team

  • Data Loss Prevention investigations and following incident response plan

  • Minor enhancements and continual evolution of the DLP Platform

  • Development and Execution of Reporting

  • Respond to tickets and resolve issues

  • Deliver technical solutions as per specified plans, deliverables, costs and timelines

  • Work in team environments that span functional and geographic boundaries

  • Document technical issues, solutions and support information

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should possess:

  • Security Mindset

  • Previous experience managing junior resources

  • Technology consulting experience

  • Expertise in delivering infrastructure services based on the Microsoft platform

  • Excellent communication and writing skills

  • Ability to articulate technical issues and activities to technical and non-technical staff

  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and assignments while maintaining a high level of quality

  • Strong customer service focus

Qualifications

The candidate must have an expert knowledge and practical experience with an enterprise design and implementation of at least three of the following products and technologies:

  • DLP environment experience

  • Office 365

  • Exchange Server (2013 / 2010 ),

  • Azure Information Protection

  • Azure AD

  • Intune

  • System Center Products (SCCM / SCOM / SCVMM /SCSM / SCO)

  • Windows server operating systems (Windows Server 2012 / 2008)

  • Windows client operating systems (Windows 8 /7/ Vista / XP)

  • Knowledge of ITIL or Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF)

  • Virtualization technologies (Servers and Applications)

Professional background (Education & Qualification, Years of Experience)

  • Minimum 5 years of progressive IT consulting experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related field

  • Industry recognized certifications and memberships (MCSE, MSTS, MSITP, etc.)

Key Job Requirements:

  • Eligible to obtain Security Clearance (Reliability or above) upon hire
