As a CRM Business Analyst, you will be client-facing and responsible for the discovery, scoping, and collection of requirements to build and deploy solutions that are tailored to your customer. You’ll solve problems using your CRM knowledge as you liaise between Avanade clients, your project team, and the wider internal CRM community. This role provides the opportunity to work for Microsoft’s #1 partner, with an unrivaled focus on personal development and training in both technology and softer consulting skills.

What You’ll Do
Consult and advise our clients and internal stakeholders on the uses of technology to solve business problems
Participate in client workshops to analyze and design solutions for workstreams
Transform business requirements into application requirements to populate the requirements traceability matrix and conduct a fit/gap analysis
Write functional specifications and collaborate with the technical team to ensure functional requirements are understood
Prototype, configure, and test respective business processes
Skills and Experiences
You have a passion for learning along with good business sense and time management
You know how to manage your clients’ expectations effectively
Strong consulting skills and client-facing experience with an implementation partner and /or end user
You’ve likely achieved a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
Experience with the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules. Experience within the D365 Field Services and Marketing modules is preferred, but not required.
At least one full-cycle implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM
Ability to obtain a Canadian Reliability Clearance upon hire
