What you’ll do
• Orchestrate seamless technical implementations, guiding projects through discovery, definition, build, test, and triumphant deployment.
• Pioneering the way, lead the development, integration, and extension of Microsoft products, crafting bespoke solutions that exceed client aspirations.
• Assume the mantle of quality guardian, ensuring every solution delivered showcases excellence in design and performance.
• Empower our global Avanade team with invaluable insights, developing assets and sharing best practices for solutions that ignite innovation.
• As a keen estimator, contribute your analytical expertise to craft precise solution estimates, encompassing skills, effort, licensing, and beyond.
Skills and experiences
• Expertise in building solutions that integrate and extend Microsoft 365, Teams, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, Teams Message Extensions, Azure Functions, and Copilot Studio.
• Experience with the Power Platform suite of products (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agents, Pages, and Dataverse) for developing solutions on Teams and SharePoint.
• Basic understanding of the Microsoft Copilot Landscape, including an understanding of the capabilities of existing products within the ecosystem such as Microsoft Copilot for 365. Familiarity with the extensibility frameworks surrounding these products, such as Copilot Studio and Microsoft Graph extensibility.
• Experience with developing custom solutions with C#, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or TypeScript. The application of these within the Microsoft Bot Framework SDK is a plus.
Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in IT consulting and services, with a focus on data, applications, and workflows solutions.
• At least 5 years of experience in leading and managing technical teams and projects.
• Relevant Certifications in Microsoft technologies: O365, Teams, Power Platform, AI, Azure
• Experience with some of the following languages: C#, Java, JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or TypeScript.

• Communicator: Can talk openly and easily about use cases in multiple industries (Manufacturing, Healthcare, Retail, Resources, etc.) and articulate value
• Solutioning: Capable of seeing the big picture and breaking it down to its discreet components.
• Delivery: Can lead the delivery efforts and management client expectations and onshore / offshore delivery teams.
Leadership Experience:
• Leadership: Ability to drive overall project goals and make calculated decisions to drive innovation
• Team management: Proven experience leading teams, fostering collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing, communication, etc.
• Mentorship: Foster growth and development of junior professionals

Compensation for roles at Avanade varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
