What you’ll do
Assess the impact of a business change, identifying high impact areas and subsequently building an appropriate change strategies and plans
Articulate a compelling case for change, and coach Change Sponsors (and our own team) on messaging, influence and behaviour modelling for their teams.
Design and delivery of change initiatives such as training, communication enablement, change network enablement, Org design, operating model alignment, cultural embedding, measurement and continuous improvement
Demonstrate excellent client management and engagement skills.
Setting up and developing a Change Network to ‘Champion’ the change with the client, ensuring adoption remains high in the short and long-term.
Support the closure of the project and ensure the client is able to transition to business-as-usual.
Skills and experiences
Change experience around people, process and technology
Application of business change management theories.
Have a real passion for technology and how it positively influences development of the workplace and employee roles and experience.
Plan and drive partner engagement, leadership alignment, impact analysis, learning/training, communications, business readiness, deployment, and adoption measurement.
Experience leading ground-breaking projects for customers.
Microsoft technologies, e.g. Office 365, Teams, Dynamics CRM, Skype for Business, SharePoint, Yammer etc.
Experience working in multi-functional and complex teams.
Relevant professional consulting or advisory experience.
